Vibhu Sharma, Board Chairman
Vibhu is CEO and Managing Partner of Viska Ventures with a focus on M&A and investments in Asset Management and Digital Transformation. Prior to Viska, Vibhu was the Vice President of Advanced Applications at Wood PLC, a >$10 billion engineering and automation company. Earlier in his career, Vibhu was CEO of Ingenious Inc, a technology and consulting firm, that was later acquired by Wood. Vibhu holds a chemical engineering degree from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (ICT), and has over 20 years’ experience in Software, Asset Management, and Safety in the Manufacturing and Energy industries. Vibhu received the “40 under 40” award by Houston Business Journal (City of Houston), Distinguished alumnus of Institute of Chemical Technology, and Entrepreneur of the year award by Indo American Chamber of Commerce.
Al Escher, Board Member
Al is a Former executive of Schlumberger and ABS Group. Earlier in his career, Al was a Vice President of Booz-Allen & Hamilton and an engineer for Texaco. Al has served on the boards of several technology companies. He holds engineering degrees from Princeton University and the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Johnny Bellis, Senior Advisor
As Senior Advisor, Johnny Bellis brings over 35 years of experience as a designer, manufacturer, and marketing executive to Sprayproof Systems. He has designed and successfully marketed, products like “Weatherwall”, “Global Protector”, and “Southern Spun”, all of which were utilized in the Satellilte Communications Industry. Mr Bellis has extensive experience in designing plastic parts, with extensive detail to application interface. Mr Bellis attended college at University of Tennessee at Martin, majoring in Business Administration.
